General Meeting
The Association shall hold an annual general meeting. Each registered, individual members shall have one seat and one vote in the general meeting.
- Each regularly convened general meeting can take decisions. The general meeting passes resolutions with a simple majority of votes, as long as the charter does not specify otherwise. Abstentions are not recognized. In case of a tie, the proposal is rejected.
